The box office is open on weekdays from 11:00 to 18:00 and one hour before each performance. Tickets can also be purchased online or reserved by phone at: 283 011 127. Payment cards are accepted.
The theatre foyer opens 60 minutes before the start of the performance. Studio PALM OFF opens 15–30 minutes before the performance begins. Entry is via the staircase to the 4th floor or by lift.
Both auditoriums are wheelchair accessible. Ticket reservations for wheelchair users can be made only at the box office or by calling 283 011 127.
Reservations can be made online for 5 days, or for 7 days at the box office. The reservation period is automatically shortened and cancelled one week before the date of the selected performance. Reservations during the week of the performance are not possible; direct purchase or online purchase is offered instead. This also applies to open subscriptions, gift vouchers, and Benefits.
The Last Minute discount is available 60 minutes before the start of the performance. Audience members who purchase a ticket within this time window are entitled to a 50% discount on the ticket price. This discount must be explicitly requested at the box office. It is valid only for in-person purchases and cannot be combined with reservations or other discounts. Reservations expire no later than one day before the performance. The discount applies only to productions from our repertoire and does not apply to guest companies, concerts, or talk shows. The discount is valid for performances in both the Main Hall and Studio Palm Off.
Discounts available only in the Main Hall:
– Students (up to 26 years): 30% discount. In Studio Palm Off, this applies only for selected guest companies.
– Seniors (65+): 40% discount.
– Holders of disability passes ZTP or ZTP/P with an accompanying person: 50% discount on seats in the 2nd and 3rd price categories in the Main Hall; in Studio Palm Off, on all seats (open seating, unnumbered).
Discounts cannot be combined and may be applied only to the full ticket price. Ticket prices for guest companies may vary.
Discounts and verification upon entry to the foyer:
– Student Discount (up to 26 years). If applying the discount over the age of 18, a valid student ID may be required.
– Senior Discount (65+).
– ZTP Discount: please present a ZTP disability card and ID.
Loyalty Card:
Collect a stamp for each purchased ticket. After collecting six stamps, you automatically receive a 50% discount on the purchase of two tickets for a selected performance in the 2nd or 3rd price category. This benefit applies only to productions of Divadlo pod Palmovkou and does not apply to guest companies or concerts.

Orders can also be made through Benefity.cz, Benefit Plus, and Gallery Beta. These benefit programmes cannot be applied to guest performances. Sphere and Pluxee cards are accepted at the box office.

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. After the performance has begun, audience members may enter only the balcony of the Main Stage. Entry into the PALM OFF auditorium after the performance has started is strictly prohibited without exception.
